" Don't waste another minute deciding on a Realtor...Curt and Mike are it!! As a retired insurance agent in my hometown, I had a number of agents to choose from that I was already familiar with on a professional basis for years. However, I did an extensive screening of sales agents reaching out to 14 of the area's top Agents (which, in itself was controversial among many of the agents). This was a major life decision for us to sell our dream home and I knew choosing the right Realtor was also a major decision. Curt stood out from the first communication and never disappointed throughout the entire process. Curt and Mike are on top of their game, not only in their professional presentation, but also with their knowledge of the local area, and the amount of research done on our specific property in order to price and market our home effectively. Our property had many unique features and was in a unique area for those features.
