Located on the North shore of
Charlotte Harbor in Charlotte County, Florida, Deep Creek is a peaceful and
vast deed-restricted community that was designed for rural living. It dates
back to the mid-1970s and is divided into two sections by Sandhill Boulevard: Section 20 to the North and Section 23 to the South. Each section
has its own Property Owner’s Association, Board of Directors, and annual dues

as a "greenbelt" that is maintained by the respective homeowner’s
association. Many homes in Deep Creek are also adjacent to freshwater lakes or

Club offers a challenging 6000-yard course designed by Mark McCumber,

convenient, as it is only 2 miles from shopping and Interstate 75, 8 miles from
historic downtown Punta Gorda, 9 miles from the Port Charlotte Town Center
Mall, and 25 miles from the Gulf of Mexico's sandy beaches.
