Now that we are settled into our new central Florida home, we wanted to tell you again how much we appreciated working with you and Mike.
Although we interviewed several other realtors, our decision to listing with the two of you was easier than we let on. Not one of the other presentations compared to yours, and it was painfully obvious that you had spent more than a little time doing your homework; we appreciated your candid, statistical approach to valuing our home and your methodical marketing plan.
Thanks in no small part to this “recovering” real estate market, it took more time than either of us had planned to sell our Punta Gorda home, but you never gave up hope and neither did we. Your relentless marketing finally paid off and we feel so good about the lovely couple who are now enjoying our home.

Hi Guys -
Thank you for the kind wishes about our new home. It has been a long time getting here but well worth the wait. The days here go by quickly in this “Mayberry RFT” community, everyone here is so friendly! The social highlights of the day are (many times) the trip to the post office for the mail, if we get there between 10 & 12 we can even buy stamps and mail packages!
You two will always be on TOP with us because of your willingness to go the extra miles, just as you did in the sale of our Punta Gorda home. THANK YOU for having a “Plan B”; because of you we now have a much less stressful life and for that we will always be thankful!
