On November 7th, the Legislature renewed and revised the popular Homebuyer Tax Credit.  It now has benefits for not only new homebuyers, but also those who have recently owned a home as well. 

The National Association of REALTORS has created a side-by-side comparison which shows, in simply terms, the differences between the prior tax credit and new and improved one.
